OPPORTUNITIES FOR SCHOOLS
We want to make the experience
of working with HSP as meaningful to the students at your school as it
is to
the children and seniors we serve. It’s a great chance for your
students to make a difference right in their own towns!
Students can learn about the
values of teamwork, love, compassion, and service while developing skills in leadership, administration, communication,
problem solving, and creativity.
We'd love to have you or your students visit our Center for a tour to see our operation first-hand.
We also can send a volunteer speaker to your
classroom or to your next student club meeting to explain the various ways your students could be involved.
Call us at
630-221-8340 or e-mail hsp@humanitarianservice.org
for more information.
These are just a few of the ways your students
could get involved! We’re also open to any ideas that you might think
of!
